UK Inflation in Focus
After the 40-year inflation record in the US, it will be the UKs turn to release its Consumer Price Index report on Wednesday. The markets are likely to react sharply if the figure comes in higher than the previous 9%.

Also on Wednesday, Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell is due to testify before Senate Banking Committee after the previous Monetary policy report. He may attempt to calm the markets once more after the recent price action in the markets.
