The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that the alternative investment fund Falco Umbrella Fund AIF V.C.I.C. Ltd (license number AIF58/2018) has taken a decision at its general meeting that the company will be dissolved under the Regulations of the Alternative Investment Funds Act 2018 and liquidate.
The fund’s dissolution was notified to CySEC by its external manager, UFG Capital Investment Management Ltd., in accordance with the Regulations of the Alternative Investment Funds Act. It is reported that the fund has entered a stage of voluntary liquidation.
Last month, AUDE FM LIMITED, the external administrator of the registered alternative investment fund (RAIF) PT EU RAIF V.C.I.C. Public Ltd, notified CySEC of the RAIF’s decision to dissolve and liquidate the PT GREEN SUB-FUND investment fund.
